TurfBlue does not guarantee specific coaching results, sporting performance, or competition outcomes.
To the extent permitted by law, TurfBlue is not liable for risks inherent in sports participation except where it is legally responsible or liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
TurfBlue's branding, logos, text, designs, software, and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to TurfBlue unless otherwise stated.
Users must not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit these materials without permission, except where permitted by law.
TurfBlue may process personal information to manage accounts and bookings, process payments, provide services, and communicate with users. Personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We may send booking confirmations, payment updates, cancellation notices, and service-related communications through available contact methods.
